Damn it, Daphne - 45 minutes too late! Just what I was thinking. Oh well, he'll probably still be in the job in a couple of years - I can do the gag then and make it sound like I thought of it :-)

Well of course it's John Lennon. I was thinking of "Jealous Guy", naturally.
He nearly ran me over about 15 years ago on Rue Jozef II. It was SO him. You can't miss the snaggle teeth and glasses.
True story.
All that "Give peace a chance" stuff was just a front, Aunty.
In fact, he faked his death, and set in motion his diabolical plan to become supreme lider maximo of Belgium.
And if it meant killing a harmless humanitarian worker, well...he wasn't going to let you get in his way.
He would have got away with it, too, if it hadn't been for those darned kids.
